We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team for Noida location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive lead generation through outbound calls and targeted outreach.
• Research and maintain an up-to-date, high-quality lead database.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for precise lead identification.
• Qualify prospects to align with ideal customer profiles and boost conversions.
• Keep lead systems current with accurate, actionable data.

Skills required:

• Highly articulate with strong verbal and written English skills

• Experience with cold calling in B2B space.

• Experience with research and maintaining databases.

• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Should have passion and inclination towards Consumer Promotions space.

• Should have experience of 1-3 years in business development/inside sales in a Consumers Promotions, GWP space.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)

• Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building).

• Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette.

• Account Mapping & Social Selling ability.

• Networking & Team Management.
