Role: As a Asst. Accounts Manager, your role is crucial in managing and overseeing various financial aspects within a company or organization. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insights into financial trends and performance to aid in decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Costing Expertise: Manage and maintain a comprehensive costing master, ensuring accurate cost allocation and pricing for products or services.
• Accounting Controls and Compliance: Implement and enforce accounting controls and processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and applicable accounting standards.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform complex financial calculations, data manipulation, and modeling.
• Documentation: Ensure meticulous documentation of financial transactions, reports, and other financial records. Maintain organized records for audits and reviews.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data, support their financial needs, and provide insights for cross-functional decision-making.
• Reporting: Generate regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Intern Management: Supervise and mentor CA Interns, guiding them in their roles, providing training, and fostering professional development.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall financial performance.

Knowledge: -

1. B.Com/CA Inter with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.

2. Strong email communication and Excel skills, with the ability to handle complex financial calculations, data analysis.

3. Excellent documentation, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.

4. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

5. Knowledge of accounting controls, compliance, and financial reporting standards
