Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager – Industrial Engineering & Discrete Event Simulation with 8–10 years of experience in discrete event simulation, preferably using FlexSim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing simulation models for Kitchen & Bath product manufacturing processes and warehouse processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in process improvement, resource optimization, and manufacturing system design, good knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, ergonomics, emulation and standard time analysis using MTM along with leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end simulation projects and mentor team members. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
