Role Description

Location

Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives across Instagram, email, website, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with freelancers (designers, photographers, performance marketers, pr managers content creators)
• Track performance and suggest improvements and strategies
• Support launches, pop-ups, collaborations, and partnerships

Operations & Coordination

• Own day-to-day coordination across vendors, freelancers, and timelines
• Ensure deliverables are met with minimal supervision
• Assist with operational systems
• Identify gaps and improve processes as the brand grows

Business Building

• Act as a thought partner to the Founder, bringing ideas, structure, and follow-through
• Take initiative on business growth ideas and execute them end-to-end
• Handle partner and customer communication when required

Qualifications

• Graduation/ Masters

  in Marketing/Mass Media/Fashion/ Communications
• Minimum

  1-2 years of work experience

  in Marketing / Fashion / Business
• Proven ability to 

  work independently

   and take ownership in a small team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, or similar
