Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution:

  • Supervise day-to-day execution activities at the project site.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager and senior leadership.

• Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety norms.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Resource Management:

  • Monitor resource allocation and utilization for optimal efficiency.
  • Assist in procurement planning and inventory management.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.

• Experience:

  3-6 years in project execution, preferably in infrastructure or telecom projects.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
