Job Description

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations at T&D project sites.
  • Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Maintain updated inventory records using ERP systems or store management software.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor material consumption trends and forecast requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
  • Manage disposal of scrap and surplus materials as per company policy.
  • Train and guide storekeepers and support staff on best practices.
  • Prepare MIS reports and present inventory status to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in

    Materials Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

    .
  • Minimum

    6+ years of experience

    in store/inventory management, preferably in

    T&D or EPC projects

    .
  • Proficiency in

    ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

    , MS Excel, and inventory control tools.
  • Strong understanding of

    electrical materials
