Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including US Federal and state guidelines and internal policies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regulatory risk management.
Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate potential risks in the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements :

4-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of regulatory risk management principles and practices.
Strong experience in regulatory compliance, any other exposure in BFSI regulatory compliance apart from US.
Exposure to international BFSI regulatory compliance.
