Job Title: Finance Manager / Assistant Manager – Country Operations

Location: Noida, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager / Assistant Manager to lead the finance operations of our India entity. This role provides high visibility and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and alignment with regional leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on operational leadership to ensure robust financial governance and support the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and group standards.
Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems.
Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
