This role provides high visibility and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and alignment with regional leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on operational leadership to ensure robust financial governance and support the company’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and group standards. Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems. Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
