Role Description:

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities of the Bangalore operations of the company, ensuring book-keeping, finance control and compliance. This role requires the candidate to lead all finance related aspects working with the founders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting on Zoho Books.

● Oversee payments, reconciliation, and movement across multiple bank accounts.

● Create and process invoices, POs, credit notes, and automate related workflows.

● Own monthly MIS preparation and track financial KPIs against budget.

● Implement and monitor the compliance calendar (CA, CS, statutory filings).

● Support due-diligence readiness and maintain all financial documentation.

● Drive financial process automation and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.

● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally or similar accounting platforms.

● Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and budgeting workflows.

● Meticulous, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with speed and ownership.
