Growth Analyst

Important Note - This is a full-time at-office role, based in Bengaluru

As Gastronomix, we are building a portfolio of food brands aimed at providing delicious, affordable and hygienic food to our customers.

We are looking for a Growth Analyst to power the next phase of growth for our brands. The person coming in needs to own the insights generation piece across the portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining and building data tracking mechanism and take up projects for unlocking growth. You will report to the founders and work independently for this role. Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable format

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2-4 years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in an operational setting
• F&B experience is preferable
• Good verbal and presentation skills
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, Canva
• Strong problem solving ability is a must for this role
• Must be someone who takes up accountability and drives charters independently
