About the role

Growth Analyst

You’ll primarily be responsible for executing the outbound side of growth – managing leads, setting up and monitoring campaigns, handling inbound replies, and ensuring our GTM systems run smoothly.

You’ll also support the broader Growth team with research, data management, and day-to-day operations as we experiment and scale.

It’s a role that blends analytical thinking with structured execution. If you’re curious, process-driven, and excited about learning how high-performing growth teams operate, this is a great place to start.

What you'll do

• Research and categorize leads using tools like

  Clay

  and

  Outreach tools

• Manage and update lead data on

  Google Sheets and internal dashboards

• Execute

  outbound campaigns

  across platforms like

  LinkedIn and email

• Handle first-line replies from prospects (thank-yous, objections, competitor mentions, referrals, etc.)
• Ensure all automated campaigns are running on time and aligned with ongoing

  GTM priorities

• Support the Growth team with data cleanup, enrichment, and campaign setup
• Troubleshoot campaign errors and coordinate fixes across tools
• Spot patterns and inefficiencies, and suggest small process improvements

What we're looking for

  You can use Google Sheets confidently and aren’t intimidated by tools or dashboards

• Ownership mindset:

  You treat every task – big or small – as something you’re responsible for seeing through well.
• Experience with tools like

  Clay, Apollo or CRMs

  is a big plus.
