Growth Analyst

Role Overview: Join the Tilt team at NIRA as a Growth Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and optimizing business performance through data-driven insights and marketing execution. You will blend deep analytical capabilities with hands-on campaign management across digital platforms like Meta, Google, and others. Your main responsibilities will include using data to guide growth strategy, optimize funnels, and improve key business metrics such as CAC and LTV. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Performance Marketing Manager in a data-driven environment. - Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets. - Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Looker Studio, Power BI. - Hands-on experience in running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (agency or in-house). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills. - Ability to translate data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations. - Familiarity with marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and A/B testing methodologies. - Strong collaboration and communication skills; thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
