Senior Backend Engineer, NIRA

Role Overview: At Tilt, you will have the opportunity to join the NIRAs engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for the infrastructure and product roadmap, allowing you to make a direct and outsized impact on technical projects. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the local NIRA Engineering team and collaborate with the broader APAC Engineering team to enhance the scalability of our platform. - Expand the platform to support multiple financial products and underlying instruments. - Strengthen fraud detection and prevention systems. - Collaborate effectively with product, credit/finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Java, with additional experience in .NET being beneficial. - Demonstrated proficiency in working in AWS-native environments, utilizing tools such as DynamoDB, Athena, and Lambda. - Prior experience with scaled technical solutions and projects focused on increasing platform scalability. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly and collaborate with colleagues globally. - Possess a Product Engineer mentality, taking ownership of solutions from inception to completion.
