Key Responsibilities:

Make PRISM a data-driven organization

Data Handling and Governance

• Consolidate and manage large datasets from different sources with a focus on completeness and accuracy
• Set up and maintain data validation processes to ensure high data integrity
• Define and implement best practices for data management across teams

Analysis & Reporting

• Use tools like SQL, Excel, Python and Google Sheets to extract and analyze data
• Translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights for internal teams
• Track business KPIs and help develop metrics for decision-making

Dashboarding and Visualization

• Create interactive dashboards using Excel, Looker Studio or other BI tools
• Tailor dashboard solutions based on team-specific needs
• Continuously update dashboards with the latest performance trends and insights

Collaboration and Process Efficiency

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows and reporting mechanisms
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase data accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a data partner to business stakeholders, helping solve key analytical challenges

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3–4 years of practical experience in analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Python for data cleaning, transformation, and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with Shell scripting to automate routine data workflows and processing tasks
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, and ETL processes
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs for data extraction and integration
• Structured problem-solving mindset with a foundation in first-principles thinking
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Effective communicator with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders
• Prior exposure to the hospitality or travel-tech sector is a plus

Preferred/ Good to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud data tools or platforms like GCP, AWS, Hive, or Presto
• Understanding of statistical or predictive modeling
• Background in transforming raw data into business-friendly reports or dashboards
