Key Responsibilities:
MIS Management: Prepare, manage, and present periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes across departments.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and finalization of financial statements in compliance with statutory accounting standards.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles, ensuring timely submission of data and addressing audit queries effectively.
Tally Entries Management: Regular review and overview of Tally entries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including direct and indirect taxes, accounting standards, and other regulatory frameworks.
Taxation: Support in tax-related activities such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
Financial Control: Assist in managing financial control processes, including budget monitoring, cost analysis, and expense control.
Reconciliation: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and assist in managing the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds for daily operations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the financial controller in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, providing data analysis and projections.
Internal Controls: Help implement and review internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent discrepancies or fraud.
Ad hoc Financial Support: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to various departments as required, assisting with cost-benefit analysis and financial planning.
Required Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP for managing accounts and transactions
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for interaction with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Knowledge Required:
In-depth understanding of direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Knowledge of financial compliance and the ability to ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
Familiarity with financial reporting standards (IFRS, Ind-AS, etc.)
Sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial control principles
Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes
Qualifications & Experience:
[25] years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Semi-Qualified or CA Fresher with an eagerness to grow in the finance domain
