Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (as per statutory norms).
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
• Supervise statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, ROC, and all statutory requirements.
• Monitor and manage company cash flows, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement and improve internal control systems and SOPs.
• Lead cost accounting and production cost analysis to support pricing and margin decisions.
• Coordinate with banks for working capital management, loan documentation, and fund arrangements.
• Support management in financial planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production departments to align financial planning with operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and HR, for integrated finance management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) / MBA (Finance) and Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in accounts & finance, preferably in metal, OEMs, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial regulations, and costing principles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B1, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
