Quality & Design Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality & Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves overseeing product design, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across development and production processes. The ideal candidate will bridge design innovation with quality assurance to deliver high-performing, compliant products. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished goods as per QC standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.). Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents such as Inspection Reports, NCRs, CAPA. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Develop quality control procedures and manuals. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality-related issues. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams in product development. Translate customer requirements into functional design specifications. Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create and modify product designs. Ensure products meet regulatory, functional, and performance requirements.
