QA/QC Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QA/QC & Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, adherence to standards, and creating detailed design documentation using design software. This dual-role position demands both technical quality assurance expertise and creative design skills. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished goods as per QC standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.). Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents such as Inspection Reports, NCRs, CAPA. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Develop quality control procedures and manuals. Create and modify engineering drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/etc). Collaborate with R&D and production teams for design feasibility. Assist in product development and prototyping. Maintain and update BOMs, product specifications, and design documentation. Support the production team with design clarifications or updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field. [3–6] years of experience in QA/QC and Design roles. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent software. Knowledge of QA/QC standards (ISO 9001, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
