Role Overview
As a QA/QC Trainee Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in both quality assurance and quality control functions. This entry-level role is designed to provide exposure to testing, documentation, and regulatory processes, offering a strong foundation for a long-term career in the nutraceutical, food and pharmaceutical industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in routine QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Help in preparing and maintaining QA documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and compliance logs, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Learn to operate laboratory instruments (HPLC, TLC, UV) and maintain calibration records.
• Participate in inspections, audits and compliance activities.
• Work closely with production, QC, and R&D teams to understand quality requirements and contribute to maintaining product standards.
• Develop practical knowledge of GMP, GLP, and nutraceutical quality systems while building analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Freshers or up to 12 months of QA/QC experience in Pharma, Food, or Nutraceuticals.
• Basic knowledge of lab techniques and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
