Job Description

QA/QC Executive

Position: QA/QC Executive
Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing
Location: Surat
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to support quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing locations. This role involves regular audits, inspections, and process checks to ensure products meet defined quality standards. The position is suitable for candidates with 1 2 years of experience as we'll as freshers who have completed relevant internships and have strong technical fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine QA/QC audits and on-site inspections at manufacturing units
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs
Perform dimensional and quality checks using standard measuring instruments
Identify quality issues, prepare inspection reports, and support corrective actions
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency
Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related concerns
Maintain proper documentation related to inspections, audits, and compliance

Qualifications

Science background (12th pass or Graduate)
Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Skills & Technical Knowledge

Working knowledge or hands-on experience with:
- Vernier Caliper
- Moisture Meter
- Screw Gauge
- Other basic quality inspection tools
Basic understanding of QA/QC processes and manufacturing standards
Good observation, reporting, and communication skills

Experience

1 2 years of relevant experience in QA/QC preferred
Freshers with relevant internships and technical exposure are welcome

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to 2.6 LPA
