🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage all finance and accounting functions for project and holding companies.
Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
Share timely MIS reports and key financial insights with management.
Handle monthly book closure, review trial balances, and strengthen internal controls.
Coordinate with outsourced teams (including Big 4 firms) for audits and reporting.
Drive financial efficiency in collaboration with operations, legal, and management teams.

🔹 Technical Requirements:

Corporate/industry experience is
a must
.
Proficiency in
Tally Prime
and
Microsoft Dynamics
preferred.
Sound understanding of
IFRS / Ind AS
standards.

🔹 Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Energetic, committed, and eager to learn.
