Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries for sales, purchases, and expenses Prepare invoices and ensure timely payment follow-ups Handle accounts payable and receivable, and maintain vendor/customer ledgers Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly reconciliation reports Maintain accurate records of freight, customs, and shipping-related costs Preparing financial statements, profit & loss reports, and MIS reports Coordinate with clients and internal departments for payment and documentation queries Assist in GST filing, TDS computation, and other statutory compliances Verify supporting documents for transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies Coordinate with auditors and help prepare data for audit purposes Monitor outstanding payments and send timely reminders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field 2+ years of experience in accounts or finance (preferably in logistics or export sector) Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and other accounting tools Knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory requirements Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
