Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager at Amartara The Resort, located in Abu Road. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with various departments to meet client needs. The role also includes tasks such as assisting with marketing campaigns, preparing reports, handling client inquiries, and supporting the account management team in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Account management and client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred
