Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Road for a Food and Beverage Controller. Responsibilities include overseeing cost control for food and beverage items, conducting menu costing and pricing analyses, monitoring purchases, inventory, and expenses, and preparing financial reports. The role demands regular collaboration with the finance and operations teams to optimize resources and identify areas for improvement in cost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Cost Control, including inventory management and optimization
Proficiency in Menu Costing and pricing strategies for food and beverages
Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring, evaluating, and improving operational efficiency
Foundation in Finance and Accounting principles for creating and reviewing budgets and financial reports
Proficiency with financial and inventory management software
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred
