The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our café outlets. This position involves overseeing daily activities, optimizing operational efficiency, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures across various Katha Coffee outlets. Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely ordering, stock level monitoring, and minimizing waste. Conduct and oversee audits and inventory checks. Prepare reports on consumption, wastage, sales, and purchases, and update the POS system accordingly. Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in line with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business improvement strategies. Assist in organizing and promoting special events and promotions to attract customers. Manage maintenance needs at the outlets as required. Take responsibility for other operational tasks as assigned. Assist in organizing and executing outdoor events. Support the setup of new outlets.
