Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Service Associate. The Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting in inventory management, and supporting the team in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Customer Service experience and Analytical Skills Basic understanding of Finance Warm and friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the coffee or food service industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
