Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures across various

  outlets.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely ordering, stock level monitoring, and minimizing waste.
• Conduct and oversee audits and inventory checks.
• Prepare reports on consumption, wastage, sales, and purchases, and update the POS system accordingly.
• Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in line with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business improvement strategies.
• Assist in organizing and promoting special events and promotions to attract customers.
• Manage maintenance needs at the outlets as required.
• Take responsibility for other operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist in organizing and executing outdoor events.
• Support the setup of new outlets.
• Ensure timely delivery of store-level reports and maintain accurate data management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant POS software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
