Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage food and beverage cost controls across all outlets.
Monitor daily operational metrics, stock levels, wastage, and variance reports.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and SOPs related to inventory and procurement.
Collaborate with procurement, kitchen, and finance teams for accurate costing and inventory tracking.
Assist in preparing and managing departmental budgets.
Analyze consumption patterns and recommend cost optimization strategies.
Implement effective systems for tracking and controlling food costs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an F&B Controller in restaurants or hospitality (senior-level preferred).
Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and team collaboration abilities.
