Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Account Manager with 8–10 years of complete accounting experience. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting functions, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial discipline.
- Assist management in financial decision-making with clear data insights.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
