Assistant Account Manager

Based in Ahmedabad.

Preference will be given to those who have :

• Sound knowledge of ERP like JD Edwards or SAP
• Experience in FMCG industry (Perfume & Cosmetics)
• Experience in UAE based entities

Minimum Experience : 5 years

Min. Qualification : CA (Inter)

1)

a) Accounting entries for all transactions and preparation of periodic Financial Statements in a timely manner.

b) Checking data entry done by other users

c) Checking inter-company reconciliation

d) Bank reconciliation

2)

a) To prepare Debit Notes / Credit Notes upon requests from Sales or Customer Service Teams and upon approval

b) To reconcile customer balances from time to time

c) To prepare AR Aging report from time to time and circulate to stakeholders

d) To update all concerned with major transactions

e) To match customer balances with GL

f) To coordinate with Sales team and prepare Cash Flow Plan from time to time

3)

a) Coordinate with Freight & Clearance Agents as required

b) To reconcile suppliers accounts from time to time; required for payment process

c) To prepare Debit Notes / Credit Notes upon requests from Purchase Teams and upon approval

d) To match with supplier balances with GL

e) To coordinate with Purchase Team and Finance Manager for payment plan

4)

a) To update VAT register through ERP from time to time and to assist Finance Manager in submitting monthly VAT Return

5)

a) To assist Finance manager in audit process

b) Prepare various schedules as required by auditors in a timely manner

c) Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits

6)

a) To check & update standard cost of products as advised

b) To update ST/XT prices as advised

7)

a) To download Inventory reports from time to time and analyze

b) To pass inventory adjustments upon approvals

c) To coordinate for inventory counts from time to time

8)

a) Any other work may be assigned by Management
