Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our operations team, with a primary focus on maintaining pricing records and assisting in day-to-day operational activities. The role involves working closely with vendors, sales teams, and management to ensure accurate pricing, documentation, and smooth execution of shipments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update pricing records from overseas vendors, shipping lines, and airlines. Verify vendor invoices against agreed rates and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure correct application of pricing for shipments. Assist in maintaining databases for freight rates, surcharges, and tariffs. Support in documentation and operational record-keeping. Provide timely updates to management regarding pricing trends and cost structures. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. What We Offer: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month. Work from office role at our Janakpuri, New Delhi office.
