PDD Management: Ensure timely collection and submission of Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) to financial institutions. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and maintain our companys IT systems, software, and infrastructure. The candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of CRM, telecalling, CCTV, and loan management systems while maintaining data security, compliance, and efficiency across all branches. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including systems, servers, and networks. Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues. Oversee CRM, telecalling systems, CCTV, and loan management software. Manage user accounts, access rights, and security protocols. Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies across all systems and users. Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Troubleshoot printer, email, and network-related issues promptly. Implement and monitor data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity protocols.
