Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Target Achievement:

  Drive sales performance to achieve the overall sales target for the assigned region.

• Bank & NBFC Coordination:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and NBFCs for smooth loan processing and approvals.

• PDD Management:

  Ensure timely collection and submission of Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) to financial institutions.

• New Vertical Development:

  Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's financial product portfolio.

• Portfolio Management:

  Manage and monitor loan portfolios, ensuring minimal delinquencies and strong financial health.

• Team Hiring & Management:

  Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue and business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in sales and financial services, specifically in used four-wheeler loan processing.
• Strong network with banks and NBFCs in the Jaipur region.
• Ability to drive sales, manage a team, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong understanding of portfolio and risk management.
