Job Description

Job Overview:

Incumbent is responsible for automation and continuous upgradation of the processes in the company and for providing all sorts of IT related support to the employees.


The job responsibilities include:

1. Drive business opportunities in Integrated Electronic Security domains including gate management, CCTV, perimeter fencing, and access control systems.

2. Identify and qualify new opportunities within government accounts.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

4. Lead account mapping and maintain updated decision calendars.

5. Drive customer presentations, demos, and engagement activities.

6. Oversee preparation and approval of RFI/RFP responses, proposals, and capability packs.

7. Consolidate forecasts and ensure CRM/SAP data accuracy across opportunities.

8. Validate customer feedback, win/loss reviews, and competitive intelligence reports.

9. Lead commercial negotiations within delegated authority.

10. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure delivery readiness.

11. Approve order processing and post-sales documentation for compliance and accuracy.

12. Mentor and coach Executives, building capability and enforcing process adherence.

13. Act as the first escalation point for operational and customer issues within the vertical.


Job Specification:

MBA (preferred)

10–15 years

3. Prior experience or sound knowledge in Integrated Electronic Security solutions, including gate management, CCTV, perimeter fencing, and access control systems.

4. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including long lead-time deals and high-value accounts.

5. Skilled in account planning, opportunity mapping, and pipeline management to drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth.

CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP systems

7. Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities, with a customer-first approach.

8. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members and ensure high execution standards.

9. High level of integrity, process orientation, and a strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement.

11. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance for end-to-end deal closure.
