We’re seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career at the intersection of technology and client and vendor coordination. If you’re a quick learner with good communication skills and an interest in technical solutions, we’d love to hear from you!


Qualification: B.Tech (ECE / EEE)

Experience: 0 - 3 years

  • Exposure to tendering process is a plus


What You’ll Do (Your Responsibilities):

  • As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to support the creation and delivery of customised solutions to our clients. Your key tasks will include:
  • Understanding client needs and helping design the right technical solutions that align with business goals
  • Interacting with clients through emails, phone calls, and product demos to understand their challenges and suggest suitable solutions
  • Collaborating with sales, technical, and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Creating striking

    presentations that showcase the value of our solutions
  • Ensuring all product documents like brochures and technical specifications are prepared and updated
  • Assisting in arranging demo setups or sample units as needed for client meetings
  • Accompanying the sales team on site surveys to better understand on-ground requirements
  • Preparing and sharing introductory and budgetary proposals with clients, including both technical and commercial details
  • Responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) and assisting in tender submissions
  • Coordinating with OEMs to negotiate best pricing for specific projects
  • Keeping internal databases organized and up-to-date for future reference and competitive analysis
  • Following up on the status of proposals, tenders, and client responses
