Role & responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Manage and guide the sales team to improve productivity and conversion ratios. Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations. Drive sales through direct clients as well as channel partners and brokers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns, promotions, and events. Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management review. Ensure timely follow-ups, booking confirmations, and collection coordination. Oversee documentation, agreement processes, and coordination till final closure. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address escalations effectively. Work closely with CRM teams to ensure proper data management and lead tracking. Preferred candidate profile 4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closures. Experience in team handling and channel partner management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Customer-centric approach with excellent follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
