We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project execution, people management, and technical problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, mentoring team members, and acting as a bridge between technical staff and upper management. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, designers, and IT support staff. Allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor performance of team members and conduct regular reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated by the team. Drive best practices in coding, design, architecture, and documentation.
