Job Description

IT Team Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, designers, and IT support staff.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor performance of team members and conduct regular reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated by the team.
  • Drive best practices in coding, design, architecture, and documentation.
  • Participate in project planning, sprint meetings, and code reviews.
  • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other teams for seamless integration and delivery.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior developer, team lead, or similar leadership role.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following tech stacks:
  • Web: PHP/Laravel, MERN, etc.
  • Mobile: Flutter or similar frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and teams efficiently.
