Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, case studies, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Research industry-related topics and stay updated on trends in technology, software development, and digital marketing
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align content with brand voice, design, and business goals
• Optimize content for SEO using proper keywords, internal linking, and meta descriptions
• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Create content calendars and contribute ideas for new content initiatives
• Support the development of pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of technology and web/mobile app development
• Experience writing for B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services
• Knowledge of social media content strategy and trends
• Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, Google Docs, and Canva
