Job Description

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Support

Analyze client requirements and convert them into technical understanding
Coordinate with Business Analysts and technical teams for feasibility and estimates
Prepare proposals, presentations, case studies, and RFP/RFQ responses
Assist in solution planning for web, mobile, and software development projects
Participate in client calls and online meetings for requirement discussions

Sales Enablement

Support sales team in deal closures with technical and functional inputs
Prepare scope documents, timelines, and cost estimations
Maintain proposal and pre-sales documentation repository
Ensure smooth handover to project management and delivery teams

Research & Coordination

Research client industry, competitors, and technology trends
Maintain accurate pre-sales data in CRM
Track proposal status, conversions, and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business (with technical exposure)
1–4 years of experience in pre-sales or IT services support
Strong understanding of web, mobile app, and software development
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience handling RFPs for international clients
Knowledge of Agile / SDLC processes
Familiarity with CRM tools
Basic UI/UX or system architecture understanding
