Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all administrative activities across multiple QSR locations. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and local regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation related to licenses, vendor agreements, staff records, and compliance certificates. Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding, payroll documentation, attendance records, and leave management. Manage office and store-level supply procurement and inventory tracking (non-food items). Liaise with landlords, municipal authorities, and service vendors for facility maintenance and utilities. Assist operations and finance teams with daily reporting, billing, and petty cash management. Organize and monitor schedules for housekeeping, security, and equipment maintenance services. Ensure digital and physical record-keeping systems are up-to-date and properly maintained. Provide administrative support for new store openings and store audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3–6 years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with POS or back-office systems. Knowledge of labor laws, local compliance, and restaurant operations is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with franchise or multi-unit operations. Familiarity with QSR-specific ERP or admin platforms. Basic understanding of facility management, procurement, and documentation workflows.
