Job Description

Corporate and Event Sales – Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach corporate clients, event planners, and agencies. Generate leads through cold calls, networking, email campaigns, and referrals. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients for corporate and group bookings. 2. Event Sales & Planning Sell event spaces, banquet halls, catering packages, or group dining experiences. Customize event offerings based on client requirements (theme, budget, F&B, A/V). Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution. 3. Corporate Account ManagementDevelop long-term relationships with corporate clients for recurring business. Understand client goals and offer tailored solutions for meetings, launches, team outings, etc. Negotiate terms and finalize contracts for bulk orders, retainer accounts, or event packages. 4. Proposal Development & PresentationsPrepare and present persuasive proposals, decks, and quotations to potential clients. Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and prepare event plans or pricing packages. 5. Revenue Generation & TargetsMeet or exceed monthly sales targets (MICE, group bookings, corporate tie-ups). Upsell premium services such as decor, entertainment, and additional food packages. 6. Internal CoordinationWork closely with marketing, operations, kitchen, and service teams to deliver client expectations. Ensure all departments are aligned for seamless execution of corporate events or orders. 7. Reporting & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate sales records, event details, and client communication logs. Update CRM systems with leads, follow-ups, event feedback, and revenue data. 8. Market & Competitor ResearchStay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Identify new opportunities such as corporate gifting, festive promotions, or sponsorships. 9. Client Servicing & Feedback Provide exceptional pre-event and post-event client service. Handle last-minute changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction. Collect feedback and use insights to improve offerings. 10. Branding & Representation Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, expos, B2B meetings, and networking events. Promote the company’s offerings in B2B circles and build brand visibility.
