Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive – Health Insurance

Location: Tirunelveli, Madurai

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive with proven experience in health insurance and corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SME, group health insurance (GHI), and corporate benefits, and will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining key accounts, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for health insurance and related products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Department, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Understand client needs and offer customized health insurance and employee benefits solutions
• Work closely with insurance partners to propose competitive quotes and plans
• Ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales service coordination
• Achieve sales targets and generate reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in insurance or health services
• Strong network in SME or corporate sector is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
