Conduct hotel site inspections, presentations, and tailored proposals for clients, showcasing the hotels facilities, services, and packages.Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients in line with the hotels guidelines and revenue targets.Track client feedback and ensure expectations are met during and after their stay or event. 4. Monitor competitor activities and trends in the market.Provide regular reports on sales activity, lead conversion, and performance.Present forecasts, sales updates, and market intelligence to senior management. 5. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the hotels reach and network.Represent the hotel at community events, industry gatherings, and networking opportunities to build visibility and drive sales. 6. Report on a Daily/Weekly / Monthly basis on HSD performance to leadership team. Annual budget preparation, Sales & Marketing plan, and its execution.Should have a minimum of Bachelors degree with 3 years plus work experience in Hotel Sales Depts and managed high volume Sales Function at a senior level.
