Role Overview

Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Supervise and coordinate the travel desk for employee travel, ticketing, and logistics.
  
• Oversee guest house management, including upkeep, vendor coordination, and guest arrangements.
  
• Handle vendor management, contract negotiations, and service-level compliance.
  
• Manage office calendar, meetings, and support senior leadership with scheduling across multiple time zones.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
  
• Lead and train administrative support staff to deliver efficient services.
  
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for operational support.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in administration/office management.
• Proven experience in

  travel desk supervision

  and

  guest house management

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  vendor management

  and

  facilities administration

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage priorities effectively.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  and other administrative tools.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
