Roles & Responsibilities of Resident Manager (Irene-Bangalore)

Ensuring a smooth process of Operations

· Ensure aspects of Services and Care meet the client expectation within the company standard

· Oversee smooth functioning of all departments

· Ensure emergency preparedness with proper manning at all times

· Understand & Follow-up the companies SOP

· Ensure the hygiene are maintained with the Company Standard

· Coordinate with the department of the unit. Ensure the functioning is as per the standard operating procedures, cross check with checklists and effect corrective action wherever there is any deviation.

· Coordinate on any medical emergency and ensure the residents are given the best care and support. Visit Residents who are admitted in hospital or recovering from illness. Keep the top management informed in case of any emergency or critical health status of any resident.

· General Administration

· HR Co-ordination and Support

· Vendor Management

· Fleet Management

· Medical Management

· Housekeeping Management

· Food & Beverage Operations activities.

· Security Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Facilities management: 5 years (Preferred)

• Kannada (Preferred)
