Job Description

Office Furniture Management:

Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of office furniture.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery, and quality checks.
Maintain inventory and ensure optimal utilization of furniture assets.

Repair & Maintenance:

Manage day-to-day repair and maintenance activities for office premises.
Liaise with service providers for timely resolution of issues.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Rent Processing:

Handle documentation and processing of office rent payments.
Coordinate with landlords and finance teams for timely disbursements.
Maintain records of lease agreements, renewals, and rent escalations.

Compliance Work:

Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies related to office infrastructure.
Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications (e.g., fire safety, environmental norms).
Collaborate with legal and admin teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.
Identify and resolve non-compliance issues proactively

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of experience in office administration, infrastructure, or compliance roles.
Strong understanding of vendor management, lease agreements, and workplace compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
