Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Account and Administration Manager. Responsibilities will include overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, maintaining records, coordinating administrative functions, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role also involves supervising administrative staff and collaborating with teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Overlook hiring process with employee end to end process check. Managing day to day office work with maintain staff efficency, work process, overlook different branch works.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, financial management, budget preparation, and reporting
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage office operations and administrative tasks
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities to oversee personnel and ensure smooth workflows.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in recordkeeping, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for accounting, documentation, and reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
• Prior experience in a similar managerial role; experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus
• Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
