Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering Services - Waterjet Cutting & Laser Cutting Services Experience Required: 3+ years in Accounting & Financial Management  Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tally, invoicing, GST filing, billing, data maintenance, and a solid understanding of finance and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally. • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports. • Monitor and report overall company turnover and cash flow.  Billing & Invoicing • Generate and manage invoices for customers and vendors. • Oversee payment follow-ups and account reconciliations. • Ensure timely preparation of e-way bills for goods movement. Taxation & Compliance • File GST returns and ensure adherence to all statutory tax regulations. • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for compliance. • Maintain updated records for audits and statutory inspections. Data & Record Maintenance • Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and documentation. • Implement systematic filing and data backup processes.  Finance & Legal Coordination • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Provide financial data and insights for business decisions. • Support management with legal documentation and contract reviews when required.
