Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and support the company’s financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation of ledgers. Monitor and manage cash flow and banking transactions. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Support in budgeting and auditing processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders like auditors, vendors, and tax consultants. Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations and company policies. Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements in financial processes. Maintain and update accounting software and tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/Inter CA preferred). Proven work experience as an accountant (2–5 years preferred). Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with audit processes. Working knowledge of payroll and employee benefits accounting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
